I'm writing this for all those people who check yelp once they find out their loan has been sold to Roundpoint - I immediately went to Yelp and was horrified at what I saw... almost to the point where I was willing to refinance just to get away from them.
.. but I took a deep breath and said.. okay - I know what I'm dealing with... I'm just going to stay on top of it. After 6 months - I haven't had any issues. They've taken out the mortgage payment when they were supposed to - They've paid my taxes on time which I confirmed with my county - and all have been able to confirm that the documents were received or respond to my questions in a coherent and polite manner.
All in all I would give them a 5 as they are doing what I need them to do for now.... but I feel safe with a 4... it's only been 6 months. dealing with... I'm just going to stay on top of it. After 6 months - I haven't had any issues. They've taken out the mortgage payment when they were supposed to - They've paid my taxes on time which I confirmed with my county - and I've talked to customer service on a few occasions regarding insurance documents I've sent - and all have been able to confirm that the documents were received or respond to my questions in a coherent and polite manner.
